Discharge Coordinator, 40 hours
MAIN FUNCTION:
Serves as liaison between Case Management Department and Extended Care Facilities.
Provides Clerical Support to the Case Management DepartmentEDUCATION:
High school education; additional courses in business and/or medical related area preferred.
Experience:
Minimum two-year office experience required; excellent interpersonal, telephone and organizational skills required.
