Schedules patient appointments into the computer system at the request of physician's office; obtains accurate demographic & procedure information.
Promptly and professionally answers calls.
Updates patient demographic information in EMR.
Schedules patient appointments.
Communicates with physician office staff on patient concerns.
EDUCATION:
High school graduation or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years previous office experience required; medical background preferred.
Computer literacy required with experience in word processing, Knowledge of medical terminology required.
SCHEDULE:
Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 3pm-11:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
